The summer 2026 festival circuit is the most concentrated street-level brand activation opportunity of the year. Four major festivals across four cities, running from early June through mid-August, drawing tens of millions of people in a festival mindset: Governors Ball at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park (Queens, NY), Bonnaroo at Bonnaroo Farm (Manchester, TN), Lollapalooza at Grant Park (Chicago, IL), and Outside Lands at Golden Gate Park (San Francisco, CA).
American Guerrilla Marketing is the agency that executes the full run, same creative brief, market-specific execution, consistent documentation standards, unified reporting. This is not a plan we develop and hand off to local vendors. AGM field operations in each of these four cities execute to the same standard that our New York campaigns deliver.
Governors Ball at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park activates across five days (June 4–8) including the Brooklyn Paramount pre-show (650 Fulton St, Brooklyn) and the Monday aftershow circuit. Key NYC activation specifics:
Wheatpasting (30–40 total confirmed NYC locations):
LED truck routes: Williamsburg Core Loop (Bedford Ave south to Metropolitan, west on Metropolitan to Lorimer, north on Lorimer to N 7th, east back to Bedford, 1.4-mile loop) for pre-festival evenings; Manhattan 7 Train Corridor (Times Square to Penn Station, 42nd to 34th on 8th and 5th Ave) on festival days.
Brand ambassador key deployment: Mets-Willets Point station (Roosevelt Ave and 126th St, Flushing), primary festival transit entry; 4–6 person teams achieving 600–1,000 direct contacts per hour.
Bonnaroo at 1400 Bonnaroo Farm Way, Manchester, TN 37355 is a destination festival, the audience drives from Nashville (approximately 60 miles north on I-24) and from Chattanooga (approximately 50 miles south on I-24). Brand activation for Bonnaroo works differently from urban festival activation: the highest-value touchpoints are on the approach corridors, not in the host city’s neighborhoods.
Nashville staging zone activation (Nashville pre-departure window, June 10–12):
Lollapalooza at Grant Park (337 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601) on August 1–4 activates across the city’s densest festival-demographic neighborhoods with specific wall inventory and routes:
Wheatpasting (36–45 total confirmed Chicago locations):
LED truck route: Grant Park Perimeter Loop (N Michigan Ave north to Randolph 1.2 miles, east on Randolph to Columbus, south on Columbus to Roosevelt, west on Roosevelt back to Michigan, 2.8-mile loop generating 25,000–40,000 impressions/hour).
Brand ambassador key deployments: Clinton Blue Line station (600 W Washington Blvd), primary transit entry; Monroe Blue Line station (151 W Monroe St), secondary; Michigan Ave at Randolph St (northwest gate), highest-traffic gate approach.
Outside Lands at Golden Gate Park (main entrance at Fulton St and Crossover Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118) runs August 8–10 with 220,000+ total attendees. The festival’s surrounding neighborhoods, Haight-Ashbury, Inner Sunset, and Cole Valley, form the primary pre-event wheatpasting and brand ambassador corridors.
San Francisco wheatpasting (24–32 total confirmed locations):
Outside Lands LED truck route: Starting at Stanyan St and Haight St (the eastern corner of Golden Gate Park at the Haight-Ashbury festival approach), west on Fulton St along the northern edge of the park to 25th Ave (approximately 3 miles, the full northern park boundary), south on 25th Ave to Lincoln Way, east on Lincoln Way back to Stanyan St. This route covers the park’s full perimeter approach on the transit access sides and generates strong impressions from both walking and driving festival attendees.
Brand ambassador key deployment: N-Judah light rail at the Irving St and 9th Ave stop (the primary transit entry from downtown SF and BART), a 3–4 person team at this stop intercepts 100% of transit-riding Outside Lands attendees during festival morning arrival windows (10 AM–2 PM). A second team at the park’s Stanyan Street entrance (Haight St and Stanyan St) captures the Haight-Ashbury approach pedestrian flow.
From an operational standpoint, a full-circuit brief provides advantages that four separate single-market briefs cannot:

AGM coordinates summer 2026 festival circuit creative through a single account management structure: one creative brief submitted to AGM covers all four markets (Governors Ball NYC, Bonnaroo Manchester TN, Lollapalooza Chicago IL, Outside Lands San Francisco CA); AGM’s internal production team adapts the master creative to market-specific format requirements (poster dimensions, truck display specifications, street team materials) while maintaining visual consistency; all four market teams receive simultaneous briefings; documentation packages from all four markets are formatted identically and delivered in a single consolidated post-campaign report; billing is consolidated into a single invoice regardless of market count. This operational structure is what separates AGM from regional agencies, four cities, one relationship, one report.
AGM operates two static mobile billboard routes for Bonnaroo 2026 (1400 Bonnaroo Farm Way, Manchester TN 37355, June 12–15): (1) I-24 E Nashville Staging Route, starting at the Nashville Broadway/Demonbreun entertainment district (approx. 4th Ave S and Demonbreun), the truck runs east on I-24 E service roads and commercial arteries through Smyrna and Murfreesboro (Exit 78B on Route 96) toward Manchester; positioned on Route 96 near the I-24 interchange on Thursday June 11 and Friday June 12 during the 8 AM–4 PM peak festival departure window from Nashville; reaches 30,000–50,000 festival-bound vehicles; (2) Manchester Perimeter Route, the 5-mile perimeter of the Bonnaroo Farm property on Bonnaroo Farm Way and surrounding county roads, running Friday, Sunday afternoons to reach attendees walking between campsite and venue areas.
