Own a building, wall, or property with high foot or vehicle traffic? AGM works with property owners across the country to place billboard advertising, large-format murals, and branded wall campaigns. We handle everything: the client, the creative, the install, and the payment to you.
If your property sits on a busy street corner, faces a high-traffic corridor, or offers a blank wall visible from a distance, it may already be exactly what a brand is looking for. Submitting is simple, there is no upfront cost, and our agreements are short-term by design. Here is how the program works.
About This Page
This page was written by the AGM campaign team based on over a decade of placing large-format advertising across walls, buildings, and outdoor surfaces in major U.S. markets. We source clients, manage installations, and pay property owners directly. Everything described here reflects how our actual property partnership program operates.
American Guerrilla Marketing is a New York-based agency that has executed outdoor advertising campaigns for national brands, independent labels, film studios, and consumer product companies since 2011.
AGM acts as the bridge between brand clients that need physical advertising space and property owners that have walls, buildings, and surfaces in high-visibility locations. Here is the general flow:
The program works best for property owners who want passive income from a surface that was otherwise generating nothing. There are no upfront costs, no ongoing obligations between campaigns, and no pressure to accept a placement that does not work for you.
Not every surface is suited for every format. Here are the placement types AGM installs depending on the campaign and your property’s characteristics:
Painted Murals
Hand-painted or sprayed large-format murals applied directly to masonry, brick, or stucco surfaces. These are the most permanent placement type and typically command the highest placement fees. Some clients commission them as ongoing art installations.
Vinyl Wallscapes
Large printed vinyl panels adhered to building facades. These are removable and frequently used for product launches, film releases, and brand awareness campaigns running two to eight weeks.
Wheatpaste and Paper Campaigns
Wheat-pasted paper posters applied to walls, construction hoardings, and approved surfaces. These are short-run placements typically lasting two to four weeks, used for music releases, events, and street-level brand awareness.
Temporary Billboard Structures
Freestanding or mounted billboard frames installed on rooftops, parking lots, or open lots. These require structural assessment but can significantly increase placement value for properties in high-traffic corridors.
Brand clients pay for eyeballs. The more people who pass by your wall or building each day, the more valuable your property is to a campaign. Here is what we look for when reviewing submissions:
If you are unsure whether your property qualifies, submit it anyway. We review every submission and can often find use cases for properties that do not fit the obvious criteria.
AGM runs campaigns nationwide. The following markets have the highest current demand from active clients. If your property is in one of these cities, we want to hear from you.

Who handles the permits for billboard or mural advertising on my property?
AGM handles all permitting on our end. We work directly with local municipalities and coordinate any required approvals before installation begins. You do not need to obtain permits yourself.
How do I get paid for renting my wall or property for advertising?
You receive a placement fee per campaign. Payment terms are agreed upon before any work begins. We pay property owners directly based on the duration and visibility of the placement.
How long do advertising placements typically last?
Most placements run from two weeks to six months depending on the campaign. We work on short-term agreements and never lock you into long-term contracts without your consent.
What happens when the campaign ends? Is removal guaranteed?
Yes. AGM provides a full removal guarantee on every placement. Our crew removes all advertising materials at the end of each campaign at no cost to you and restores the surface to its prior condition.
Can my property be used exclusively with one brand?
We can accommodate exclusivity requests. If you prefer to work with brands in a specific category or avoid certain industries, let us know when you submit and we will note it in your property profile.
What kinds of advertising can go on my wall or building?
We install painted murals, vinyl wallscapes, large-format wheatpaste and paper campaigns, and temporary billboard structures depending on the surface, location, and campaign requirements.
What information do I need to submit my property?
We need the property address, approximate wall dimensions, a photo of the surface, confirmation that you own or control the property, and your contact information. Email everything to [email protected] with the subject line “Property Submission.”
