Vehicle Swarm & Wrap Advertising Partners: Join the AGM Fleet Network

American Guerrilla Marketing runs vehicle swarm campaigns where branded fleets of cars, vans, and trucks saturate a market on a single day. The effect is hard to ignore: dozens of wrapped vehicles moving through a city at the same time, hitting the same neighborhoods, the same event footprint, the same target audience. We are building a national network of vehicle wrap providers and fleet operators who can deploy on short notice. If you have vehicles, we want to talk.

This page is for companies and individuals interested in joining AGM as fleet supply partners, not as advertising clients. If you are a brand looking to run a vehicle swarm campaign, visit our Car Wraps & Vehicle Swarms page instead.

Why Work With AGM?

American Guerrilla Marketing has been executing street-level campaigns since 2008. We have managed vehicle wrap operations for Fortune 500 brands, major entertainment releases, and political campaigns across the United States and internationally. Our team has coordinated fleets ranging from 3 vehicles to 60-plus in a single market on a single day. We know what it takes to run a swarm, and we know what to look for in a supply partner.

Fleet partners in the AGM network receive clear campaign briefs, prompt wrap coordination, and payment on completion. We are not a platform or a marketplace. We are a marketing agency that executes campaigns and needs dependable operators behind the wheel.

About Vehicle Swarm Advertising

Vehicle swarm advertising is a form of out-of-home marketing where a large number of branded vehicles operate simultaneously in a defined geographic area. Instead of one mobile billboard driving a loop, you get 10 to 60 vehicles covering a city in parallel, all carrying the same creative, all moving on the same day. The cumulative impressions are significant, and the brand presence feels unavoidable to anyone in that market.

AGM has used vehicle swarms for product launches, political campaigns, album drops, and brand awareness pushes in major markets from New York City, New York to Los Angeles, California. The format works because it is physical, localized, and difficult to scroll past.

The vehicles in a swarm are wrapped in client-supplied or agency-designed graphics, then deployed through neighborhoods, near venues, around event footprints, or along specific corridors. Vehicles are photographed and documented throughout the day, and those assets go back to the client as proof of performance. It is a direct, measurable tactic.

What We’re Looking For

We are building supply relationships with fleet operators who can commit vehicles on relatively short notice, typically one to three weeks. Here is what the right partner looks like:

  • Fleet size: Three vehicles minimum. Operators with 10 or more are strongly preferred, but smaller fleets are considered, especially in markets where coverage is thin.
  • Vehicle types: Cars, sedans, SUVs, cargo vans, box trucks, pickup trucks, and sprinter vans. Motorcycles and bicycles are handled separately and are not relevant here.
  • Geographic range: Tell us what metro areas you can reliably cover. Multi-market operators are particularly useful.
  • Wrapping capability: Whether you handle wraps in-house or outsource them, we need to know your turnaround time and how you manage installation quality.
  • Short-notice availability: Campaigns can book with as little as one week of lead time. If your fleet is fully committed through a long-term lease arrangement, let us know upfront.
  • Documentation: Partners must be able to provide GPS logs, timestamped photos, and route reports during and after deployment.

We are not looking for a single owner with one van. We are building a reliable, national network. Quality and professionalism matter more than scale, but scale helps.

U.S. Cities We’re Actively Building

AGM runs vehicle swarm campaigns across the country. Below are the markets where we have the highest campaign frequency and the most active need for fleet supply partners. If your city is not listed, contact us anyway.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in New York City, New York

Our most active market. We run swarms here frequently and need redundant supply across all five boroughs.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Los Angeles, California

High demand for entertainment and brand campaigns, especially around release events and award seasons.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Chicago, Illinois

Strong event footprint. We work this market during sports seasons and downtown activations.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Houston, Texas

Large metro with high vehicle density. Campaigns here often require wide geographic spread.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Phoenix, Arizona

Growing demand from regional brands and national brands testing Southwest expansion.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Active market, especially around University City and Center City for brand and political work.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Dallas, Texas

Major corporate hub. Frequent requests for swarms tied to conventions and B2B launches.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Atlanta, Georgia

Entertainment, music, and consumer brand work drives consistent demand here.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Miami, Florida

Seasonal peaks around Art Basel, music week, and spring events make this a priority market.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Washington, DC

Political, nonprofit, and advocacy campaigns keep this market active year-round.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Boston, Massachusetts

Dense urban core makes vehicle saturation especially visible. Strong college market presence.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Seattle, Washington

Tech and consumer brand campaigns. Growing demand from Pacific Northwest clients.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in San Francisco, California

Tech product launches and consumer campaigns. Compact neighborhoods make swarms highly visible.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Denver, Colorado

Outdoor, cannabis, and lifestyle brands are active here. Steady demand across the metro.

Vehicle Swarm Partners in Columbus, Ohio

Midwestern hub with a growing brand marketing scene. Underserved market with real opportunity for early fleet partners.

International Markets

AGM operates internationally for select clients. We are building fleet supply contacts in the following markets and welcome inquiries from operators abroad.

  • London, United Kingdom – High demand from European brand launches. Vehicle regulations and zone restrictions apply; operators must be familiar with ULEZ and congestion zones.
  • Tokyo, Japan – Campaigns here are less frequent but high-profile. Local operators with experience navigating city permit requirements are especially valuable.
  • Mexico City, Mexico – Active market for regional and global brands targeting Latin American audiences. Spanish-fluent coordination team preferred.

Fleet Requirements

We have baseline standards for every vehicle in the AGM swarm network. These are not bureaucratic hurdles. They protect the campaign, the client, and the operator.

  • Minimum fleet size: 3 vehicles. Operators with fewer vehicles may be considered as secondary or overflow supply, but primary partners need at least 3 vehicles committed at once.
  • Vehicle condition: All vehicles must be in good working condition, clean, free of pre-existing body damage that would affect wrap adhesion, and legally registered in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Wrap-ready surfaces: Vehicles should not have textured paint, previous wrap residue, or surface rust in wrap zones. We inspect before confirming a partner’s vehicles for a campaign.
  • Insurance: Commercial auto insurance is required. Minimum coverage thresholds vary by state and campaign. We will share specifics during onboarding.
  • Driver records: Drivers must have clean records. Any DUI, reckless driving, or license suspension within the past 3 years disqualifies a driver from campaign participation.
  • Vehicle age: Generally, we accept vehicles up to 12 years old if they are in excellent condition. Newer vehicles are preferred for full-wrap campaigns due to surface quality.

If your fleet does not meet every requirement right now, do not let that stop you from reaching out. We can discuss timelines and what it would take to get qualified.

Wrap & Branding Capabilities

Tell us what you can do in-house and what you outsource. We work with partners across the full range. Some have full wrap shops on site. Others own vehicles but outsource all wrapping. Both arrangements work, as long as turnaround times are realistic.

  • Full wraps: Floor-to-roof vinyl coverage. Preferred for premium campaigns where the visual impact needs to be maximum.
  • Partial wraps: Door panels, rear quarter, hood, or trunk coverage. Useful for smaller budgets or vehicles with wrap limitations.
  • Magnetic panels: Easy on, easy off. Good for repeat-use operators who need to turn vehicles around fast between campaigns.
  • Window decals: Rear window and side window graphics. Often paired with partial or full wraps for complete coverage.

If you outsource wrapping, let us know which shops you use. We may already have relationships with them, or we can coordinate directly. Either way, AGM covers wrap costs as part of campaign budgets. You do not front that expense.

How Campaigns Work

Here is the standard sequence for a vehicle swarm deployment with AGM:

  1. Brief: AGM sends a campaign brief covering the market, deployment date, route instructions, vehicle count, and creative specs. You confirm availability and vehicle count.
  2. Creative delivery: The client or AGM design team delivers print-ready files. If you handle wrapping, you receive files with enough lead time to complete installation before deployment day.
  3. Wrap installation: Vehicles are wrapped at your facility or a partner shop. AGM may send a representative to inspect quality before approval.
  4. Deployment day: Your vehicles and drivers cover designated routes, neighborhoods, or event perimeters as specified in the brief. We typically provide a route map and timing schedule.
  5. Documentation: Throughout the day, drivers submit GPS data and timestamped photos at intervals. This feeds into the proof-of-performance report AGM delivers to the client.
  6. Unwrap: After the campaign window closes, wraps are removed. For temporary magnetic panels or window decals, this is typically same-day. Vinyl wraps follow a schedule we agree on in advance.

Compensation

Fleet partners are compensated on a per-vehicle, per-day basis. Rates vary depending on vehicle type, market, campaign complexity, and whether you are providing drivers. Rates are discussed and agreed on before any campaign commitment is made.

  • Wrap installation and removal costs are covered by AGM and are not deducted from your fleet rate.
  • Fuel costs for deployment day are the operator’s responsibility unless otherwise negotiated for long-haul or multi-day campaigns.
  • Payment is processed after campaign completion and receipt of documentation.
  • Multi-market and repeat operators may negotiate standing rate agreements after two or more completed campaigns.

We do not publish fixed rate tables here because every campaign is different. What we can tell you is that rates are competitive with the market for branded vehicle programs, and we pay on time.

How to Submit Your Fleet

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Vehicle count: How many vehicles you are making available for campaigns.
  • Vehicle types: Make, model, year, and general condition for each type in your fleet.
  • Markets covered: Which cities or metro areas you can deploy in. Include whether you can travel to adjacent markets.
  • Wrap capabilities: In-house, outsourced, or none. If none, say so and we will coordinate wrapping separately.
  • Photos: Current photos of your vehicles, both exterior and interior. Clean, clear shots help us assess wrap surfaces quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to own the vehicles outright to join the AGM fleet network?

No. You can be the owner, operator, or fleet manager. What matters is that you have authority to commit the vehicles to a campaign schedule and can guarantee their availability on the agreed deployment date. Lease arrangements are fine as long as your lease permits commercial use and exterior modifications.

What vehicle types does AGM accept for swarm campaigns?

Cars, sedans, SUVs, cargo vans, sprinter vans, box trucks, and pickup trucks are all usable. We match vehicle types to campaign requirements. A consumer beverage brand may prefer compact cars in high foot traffic zones. A construction product launch may call for pickup trucks. Let us know what you have, and we will tell you where it fits.

Who pays for wrap installation and removal?

AGM covers wrap costs. You will not be asked to front that expense. Installation and removal are coordinated through AGM’s approved wrap vendors or your own shop if you handle it in-house, and the cost is settled as part of the campaign budget, separate from your fleet compensation.

How much lead time does AGM typically give before a campaign?

Most campaigns book one to three weeks out. Some give more time, and occasionally a client needs something fast, within a week. We flag short-notice situations clearly so you can decline if your schedule is too tight. The more campaigns you complete with us, the better we get at forecasting and giving you early visibility into upcoming work.

Do we need to provide our own drivers?

Typically, yes. Operators are expected to provide drivers familiar with their vehicles and the market. In some cases, AGM can arrange driver coordination through our existing street team network, but that is not the default. If you have vehicles but no drivers, mention that in your submission and we will figure out whether a workaround exists.

Is there a long-term contract or exclusivity requirement?

No long-term contract and no exclusivity requirement. Fleet partners work with AGM on a campaign-by-campaign basis. You accept or decline each opportunity independently. Over time, reliable partners tend to get first call on their markets, but there is no obligation to accept every campaign.

What if my fleet is based in a city that is not listed on this page?

Reach out anyway. The cities listed are our most active markets, but AGM runs campaigns in smaller markets too. If a client books a campaign in your city and we have you in the network, we call you first. Getting registered costs nothing. At minimum, we keep your information on file for future opportunities.

Ready to Put Your Fleet to Work?

Submit your fleet details and we’ll be in touch within two business days. Campaigns move fast. Getting registered now means you’re ready when the next one hits your market.
